Enrolment Policies & Important Notes
1. Lesson Structure
All lessons are 55 minutes unless specified.
Fees are per student.
No classes are held on Public Holidays.
Term dates follow the New Zealand school calendar.
2. Class Types & Size Limits
Years 3–10 Mathematics: Standard group classes with up to 8 students.
Years 11–13 Mathematics: Standard 1-to-4 small-group format.
Numeracy, Scholarship, IB, and Cambridge programmes may have separate pricing.
3. Fees, Payment & Refund Policy
All fees are PREPAID by term and are non-refundable and non-transferable once enrolment is confirmed.
Missed lessons are not refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
A recorded lesson may be provided where available.A 5% sibling discount applies to the second and subsequent children enrolled in the same term
(excluding registration fees and premium small-group programmes).All classes require a minimum of 3 students to commence.
4. Materials Not Included
Tuition fees do not include the cost of books, stationery, workbooks, or other learning materials.
5. Year 0–2 Early Learning & Care Programme
Standard programme: 3:00–6:00 pm, Monday to Friday — $40 per day.
Optional extension to 7:00 pm available for an additional $10 per day.
6. Numeracy Programme (Year 9–13)
Two lessons per week — 20 lessons per term.
Compulsory for students preparing for NCEA Numeracy Standards.
7. Premium Tuition Options
Premium tuition applies only to regular Year 3–13 Mathematics classes.
It does not apply to Scholarship, IB, or Cambridge programmes.
1-to-4 Small Group: $60 per lesson
1-to-2 Tuition (Pairs): $80 per lesson
8. Pick-up & Drop-off Policy
Free school pick-up is available only from designated schools and only between 3:00–4:00 pm on school days.
Pick-up outside this timeframe is not provided.
No drop-off service is available — parents must collect their children from the campus after class.
