What age groups or year levels do you accept?

We accept students from Year 1 to 13.

  • For our Enrichment Programme, we welcome students in Year 1–8.

  • For our Academic Programme, we accept students in Year 1–13.

  • For students in Year 11–13, please contact us directly to arrange a suitable schedule.

What subjects do you offer?

What subjects do you offer?

At InfinitX Academy, we offer two main types of programs: Enrichment and Academic.

Enrichment Programs (for Year 1 to Year 8, Monday to Friday) include:

  • STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)

  • Speech & Communication

  • Art & Design

  • Culinary Arts & Bakery

  • Creative Construction

Academic Programs (for Year 1 to Year 13, Saturday) include:

  • English

  • Writing

  • Reading

  • Mathematics

  • Science

  • Chinese

  • Speech & Debate

How can I enrol my child?

You can fill out the Enrolment Form online or visit us in person.

Our team will help confirm your child's schedule and answer any questions.

Do you offer trial classes?

Yes! We are offering affordable trial classes:

Monday to Friday: $10 / hour

Saturday: $15 /session

Notes: Each child is eligible for only one trial session.

Can my child be picked up directly from home?

Currently, we only offer pick-up and drop-off at designated transport stops. Home pick-up is not available at this time. This helps us maintain efficient and timely routes while ensuring student safety.

Can I change my child’s pick-up point after registration?

Yes. If you wish to change the pick-up point, please notify us at least one day in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Are the drivers safe and trustworthy?

Absolutely. All our drivers, staff, and tutors have passed the New Zealand Police Vetting Check. They are trained in child safety and emergency procedures. Your child's safety is always our top priority.

My child’s school is not on your list. Can we still use the transport service?

If you live near one of our designated pick-up points, you are welcome to bring your child to that stop to board the van. Please contact us to confirm the most convenient location.

Do you provide snacks for students?

Yes. We provide light snacks from Monday to Friday for students who are enrolled in a package of more than two hours on the same day.

If your child has any allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance.

What happens if my child misses a class, including for illness?

We understand that absences can happen. However, once payment has been made, we are unable to offer refunds or make-up sessions for any missed classes, regardless of the reason.

What are your opening hours?

Our regular hours are:

Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Enrichment Programmes)

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Academic Programmes)

During school holidays, we offer a separate Holiday Programme with different hours and activities. Please contact us or visit our website closer to the holidays for the updated schedule.

Do you offer any discounts for siblings?

Yes. We offer tiered discounts based on the number of children enrolled and the number of courses selected.

How are your classes structured?

We offer small-group classes to ensure personalised attention. Lessons are engaging, interactive, and aligned with the New Zealand Curriculum.

What if my child has no prior experience in a subject like STEM or Art?

No problem! Our enrichment classes are beginner-friendly and designed to support all learners. We aim to spark curiosity and creativity in every student, regardless of prior experience.

Can parents stay and observe the class?

To ensure a focused and comfortable environment for students, we do not allow parents to sit in during regular lessons.

Do you assign homework?

For Academic Programmes, some homework may be assigned to reinforce learning.

For Enrichment Programmes, we focus on hands-on activities and creative tasks, with no regular homework.

What if my child needs extra help?

If your child needs extra support in certain subjects, we can arrange one-on-one sessions or provide personalised learning plans.

Can I cancel my enrolled course?

We do not offer a course cancellation or refund service.

However, we are happy to help you switch to another course based on your child’s interests and your request, subject to availability.

Can unused sessions or hours be transferred to another student?

No. All purchased sessions are non-transferable and can only be used by the enrolled student.
